Specific Job Responsibilities of Placement:
Volunteers coordinate with the Technical Devices Chair to ensure that the electronic devices are charged, working properly, and connected to WIFI prior to use. An IT background is not required, but volunteers must have knowledge of technology and the ability to troubleshoot.

There are options for day and time preferences, but members should be prepared for various duties. Members should be self-motivated and willing to meet the needs of the League calendar (which is set in June).

As a volunteer on the Technical Devices Committee project, you must meet the following requirements in order to complete your project placement and receive project credit for the year. Note: The following list is an outline of the project requirements.
- Attend project orientation.
- Complete your online placement evaluation upon project conclusion.
- Prepare for and staff all 2025-2026 JLJ general meetings as needed (dates TBA).
- Prepare for and staff Fund Development businesses.
- Prepare for and staff any Product sale locations.
- Prepare for and staff other special events as assigned by the Chair.

Important Information:
This placement is school-year intensive with holiday breaks. JLJ General Meetings occur the second Tuesday of each month, September through May (No November or January General Meetings). General Membership Meetings occur three times a day unless otherwise noted in September, February, and May. Other meetings and/or events occur throughout the year.
